The operator of the feetmodels.eu website is České modelky s.r.o., registered office at Mádrova 3031, Prague 4, 143 00, Czech Republic, Company ID: 27921409, VAT ID: CZ27921409 (hereinafter the "operator"). Contact: info@feetmodels.eu, +420 777 594 340.
The operator arranges advertising photoshoots of legs and feet ("feet modeling") for companies that manufacture or sell footwear, hosiery, socks, nail polish and foot care products. An inquiry sent through the website form is non-binding; the specific terms of cooperation (price, date, model selection, scope of photo usage) are agreed individually by e-mail or phone before the cooperation begins.
Foot Club is intended for private individuals. After paying a one-time fee (the current amount is shown on the registration page) by card via the Stripe payment gateway, the customer gains access to browse the models' photo galleries within Foot Club. This is a one-time payment with no automatic recurring charge.
Since this involves the provision of digital content to which the customer expressly agrees and which is made available immediately upon payment, under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the distance contract once the content has been made accessible.
In the event of a technical error on the operator's side (e.g. the payment went through but access was not granted), please contact info@feetmodels.eu – we will remedy the situation (enable access or refund the payment) without undue delay.
By registering through the "Model registration" form, the applicant offers the operator cooperation on a photoshoot. Submitting the form does not create any contractual obligation or entitlement to compensation – specific cooperation (scope, compensation, date) is agreed individually, and only if the operator contacts the applicant back.
By uploading photos in the registration form, the applicant grants the operator consent to store and review them for the purpose of selecting suitable models for the operator's clients.
Photographs taken as part of the cooperation with the operator are the property of the operator, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The scope of use of the photographs by the client (company) is agreed individually within a specific order.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
